No mystery math
A fair comparison.
The scope comes first.
Send your current website and SEO scope and monthly amount. We separate that from ad spend, software subscriptions, usage charges, and taxes so we compare the same work.
If our equivalent plan is cheaper, pay the lower price.
We do not raise a published rate simply because you currently pay more. When your current rate is lower, we review whether we can match it for the agreed rebuild and ongoing work. A match is confirmed in writing; it is not automatic.
If the scope does not fit, you get a clear alternative before committing. Any migration fee, additional functionality, or third-party cost is itemized. This offer does not stack with the $100 introductory payment unless your quote explicitly says so.
Compare our standard website plans ↗A controlled handover
Every important address accounted for.
- 01
Inventory before redesign
Collect the current crawl, sitemap, available Search Console data, important landing pages, backlinks, and content you own. Record what is indexed when access is available; a sitemap alone does not establish indexing.
- 02
Request the handover
Ask for exports, original assets, DNS details, and owner access to analytics and profiles. If the old platform cannot move, scope a replacement with the same useful URL paths and the functionality you actually need.
- 03
Keep the useful URLs
Preserve paths and page purpose where possible. Any necessary changes get a page-to-page permanent redirect plan. We check internal links, canonical URLs, metadata, and the sitemap.
- 04
Expand with a purpose
Choose the additional services, genuine service-area coverage, project stories, and customer questions. No padding the count with duplicate city pages. Agree the complete page list and delivery schedule.
- 05
Check, launch, monitor
Review the working rebuild before the domain changes. Verify forms, calls, key URLs, redirects, and crawl settings. Compare post-launch reporting with the baseline and investigate changes.
Our migration approach follows Google’s site-move guidance. Preserving URLs helps reduce disruption; search performance can still change.
Questions worth asking before you switch.
What if our current provider won’t hand over the files?
We first request the site export, media you own, domain access, analytics, and relevant settings. If the files cannot be transferred, we can rebuild your site at the same URL paths using your content and newly written material. Proprietary code, licensed images, and third-party tools may need replacement. You must control the domain or be able to recover it before a same-domain launch.
Will we keep our rankings?
We preserve useful URLs wherever possible and document any necessary redirects. That avoids throwing away good work unnecessarily. It cannot guarantee indexing, traffic, or rankings: Google can reassess a redesigned page even when the address stays the same. We record the baseline and monitor after launch.
What does 50% more pages mean?
We agree a baseline list of unique, useful, indexable content pages before work begins. The offer adds half that count, rounded up. A 20-page baseline becomes 30 pages; 35 becomes 53. Duplicate URLs, filters, tags, search results, and utility pages do not inflate the count. Every new page needs a distinct customer purpose.
Does every new page go live on launch day?
The agreement includes the full additional page count and an agreed delivery schedule. Some pages may be delivered in scheduled batches during the 12-month term. We list the subjects, required inputs, approval dates, and delivery milestones before you sign.
Is this a one-month trial?
No. The rebuild-and-expansion offer is a 12-month agreement paid monthly. The scope sets out the monthly rate, first payment, total commitment, included support, and remaining payments due on early exit. Prefer a one-off build? We also quote an upfront build with optional monthly care.
Do we pay both providers?
A short overlap may be needed while we build and verify the replacement. Keep the current site running until the new one is approved and ready. Your previous provider’s cancellation terms and any remaining balance are separate from our price.
When do we get the website files?
Your domain and supplied content remain yours. We hand over the website files after the agreed build balance is paid. The scope identifies any separately licensed tools, hosting, and account responsibilities, so there are no surprises at handoff.
