The domain should stay under your control. We document the hosting arrangement and access to analytics and relevant business profiles. Shared access should fit the work, with each person using their own account where supported.
Know when files transfer
Your supplied content and domain remain yours. The website files transfer once the agreed build payments are complete. A managed build has 12 payments; if you leave early, remaining base build payments are due before handoff. After payoff, care is month to month.
Separate what you own from what you license
Fonts, stock photography, payment providers, email, scheduling tools, and other third-party services can carry their own licenses or fees. We identify these in the scope and document a practical handoff.
