Website content planning

Every page should help someone decide.

Build a useful page map around customer questions, services, products, and evidence. Page count is capacity, not a ranking strategy.

Start with a clear core

A ten-page example is Home, About, Contact, three services, Work, FAQ, Resources, and Privacy. A different business may need a menu, booking information, or product collections instead. We agree the actual list before writing.

Expand when there is something to say

Add a page when it answers a distinct question or explains a distinct offer. A comparison, detailed case study, buyer’s guide, or pricing explanation can be more useful than another broad service page. Link each one from a relevant place.

Keep location pages honest

Local businesses may benefit from content about places they actually serve, especially when it contains specific, useful information. Swapping city names into near-identical text is not the strategy. Online businesses can organize by customer need instead of geography.
