Four costs to put on the same page
Separate the initial design and build from hosting and maintenance, ongoing content or search work, and third-party services. Ask how many pages and revision rounds the build includes. Ask how much edit time is available each month. A low headline price is useful only when the scope is understandable.
A worked example: our ten-page Launch plan
Launch is $100 at kickoff, followed by 11 payments of $149, starting 30 days after launch. That is $1,739 across the 12-payment base agreement. Hosting, monitoring, and 30 minutes of edits per month are included. After payment 12, care is optional at $49/month.
The upfront alternative is $1,190 for the build, including 30 days of care after launch. Adding 11 months of $49 care brings the comparable build-plus-care total to $1,729. A domain, taxes, provider fees, usage, and custom functionality are outside these base amounts.
Know what happens if plans change
For our managed build, remaining base payments are due if you leave before the agreement is paid. Website files transfer after payoff. Your domain and supplied content stay yours. Optional services can be canceled monthly; their third-party fees follow the agreed scope.
Use the plan builder to compare extra pages, SEO, content, and AI visibility reviews. It keeps the choices in the link and generates an email-ready summary. No payment is taken, and a written scope comes before the project starts.
